When the moon fell in love with the sun All was golden in the sky

well, before i tell you my good news, i have to explain something about my school, incase y'all didn't already know....
first: at my school, latin is a required course for all grades 7th-10th
second: we take national latin exams every year, and things are awarded according to your score(out of 40 i think). summa cum laude= 37-perfect points, somthing-slightly-lower-cum laude=35-36 points, magna cum laude=errrrr somethings..... and cum laude= 32-33? points. rest doesn't get anything.
135,000 students world wide took this this year. .7% actually got a perfect score(my teacher, who loves math, actually went and calculated this... 0.o.....(waaaay too much spare time)). this is evidently really hard.... last year i was one point off from perfect... go figure.
now, the good news: I GOT A PERFECT SCORE!!!!!!!!!(ha- take that, mr.stauble........ it was YOUR substandard teaching that made me a bad latin student. not me. )
bad news: we lost 5-3 today. drat. another game tomorrow, one friday, and a tournament on saturday. its gonna be a long week.......
