whelpers, the invitational //sorta// went alright. that 200 free just about killed me, but thatnk god i was able to ice my shoulder afterwards so i could swim my 100 breaststroke and my relay >.> so yeah
i'm almost back down to my top meet time again on the 100 breaststoke (W00tz!!!(PULL! PULL!)) and thanks to the lead the first leg and i secured, my relay so OWN'D lane 8.. and funny enough, we all got almost identical splits XD and i was soooooooooooooo tired on saturday when i got home >.< i managed to just sit in the shower for half an hour before actually getting rid of the chlorine XD ah, god, my shoulder hurt so much XD now it still kinda hurts, but its not //as// bad.
